On April 4th, the first "CS-Frame Column" was successfully installed at the Tonghua Commodity Trading Hub project in the Shanghai Yangshan Free Trade Zone, marking the full commencement of the main construction works.

The Tonghua project, with a total construction area of 80,919 square meters, is primarily intended for industrial storage. The project employs the "JieYue" prefabricated assembly frame system 2.0, which eliminates the need for formwork and supports throughout the construction process, significantly reducing the construction period while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

This project has pioneered a new direction in building assembly and created a new form of structural column, representing a milestone in OPEN's journey of innovation.
