As production capacity continued to expand, OPEN constructed a new 50,000 square meter steel structure factory for Nanchang Haili in 2017-2018.

The new factory features exterior walls made of sandwich panels, which offer advantages such as energy efficiency, insulation, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. This makes it particularly suitable for high-demand facilities like precision machinery manufacturing. OPEN possesses state-of-the-art sandwich panel production lines, capable of meeting high-end clients' requirements for exterior wall finishes.

During the renovation, the vertical accuracy of the wall girts installation was crucial, as it directly affects the flatness of the exterior walls. Additionally, precise measurements were essential for the edges around windows, doors, and ventilation openings to ensure both waterproofing and visual appeal.

The completed renovation thoroughly addressed the exterior wall issues, significantly enhancing insulation, energy efficiency, and overall aesthetics. The entire factory site now boasts a refreshed and modern appearance.
