The “Tilt-Up” construction system is the most popular warehouse building method in North America. Over 100 million square meters of warehouses, factories, and commercial facilities are built using this method. More than 99% of large logistics warehouses adopting this construction approach.

Currently, the only tilt-up warehouse built in China is located in Changsha, Hunan, designed and constructed by OPEN in 2016 for GLP (Global Logistic Properties).

The second tilt-up building is being constructed in Jinshan District, Shanghai, with the lift scheduled for mid-May. We welcome interested parties to come and observe.
